Arcadia Main Street Approach

Arcadia Main Street utilizes a time-tested framework for impactful, cost-effective, and community-driven revitalization for Historic Downtown Arcadia.

We have four standing sub-committees representing the four-point approach and those include:

    Arcadia Main Street positions Downtown as the center of the community and hub of economic activity, while creating a positive image that showcases the community’s unique characteristics.

  • Economic Development

    Arcadia Main Street drives the Downtown economy with tools to assist businesses, catalyze property development, and create a supportive environment for entrepreneurs and innovators.

  • Design

    Arcadia Main Street supports the transformation of Downtown by enhancing the physical and visual assets that set the community apart and create a safe, friendly, and inviting atmosphere.

  • Economic Development

    Arcadia Main Street creates a strong foundation for a sustainable revitalization effort, including cultivating partnerships, community involvement, and resources for Downtown.
